3.1 - Payments are accepted in GBP (Pound Sterling) via PayPal (Debit/Credit Card) and UK Bank Transfer.
3.2 - Refunds are not offered for services which have been completed, including but not limited to domain names and software licenses.
3.3 - Chargebacks and disputes damage the reputation of our payment accounts and if your account is linked to a dispute, we reserve the right to cancel all active and pending services and close your account. We also reserve the right to charge a £25 administrative fee to re-enable your account.
3.4 - We reserve the right to alter the pricing for any of our services at any given time.
4 - Domains
4.1 - If a domain name is listed as available on our website, we will attempt to register it on your behalf subject to an order and any applicable fees.
4.2 - There is no guarantee that any domain name, even if listed as available, will successfully be registered regardless of payment being made. If for any reason we cannot register your domain, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
4.3 - Renewal reminders for any active domains will be sent 30 days before the renewal is due.
5 - Limitations of Liability
5.1 - We shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from/during your use of the Site. Furthermore, we shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any data during the processing of a service. All damages shall be limited to immediate termination of active services.
